T&Cs
- I have zero tolerance to rude customers and those who do not respect my time outside of working hours (9 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday), I handle all the printing and cutting alone so being patient will be highly appreciated.
- Order only when you are 100% sure. Please be a responsible buyer.
- Color may differ once printed.
- 50% down payment is required before starting the production of your orders. You may also pay in full if prefereed.
- STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS. If you insist on cancelling, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Downpayment/payments are non-refundable.
- All designs and pictures should be provided by you. I can do a minimal edit with a fee depending on its complexity.
- Packaging fees and local shipping fees will be collected once prints are all done
- Production will be 3-7 days depending on the quantity of your orders, this is only applicable when the status of your order is marked as “printing”
- Once your order is shipped and in transit, I am not liable to damages or lost parcels by any of the couriers used.
Production Time
- Up to 50 pieces : 3-4 days
- 50 pieces and above : 5-14 days* only applicable when the status of your order is marked at “printing”
Rush Order Fees
For orders up to 50 pieces:
- Deadline within 2–3 days: +10% of the total amount
- Deadline within 1 day: +20% of the total amountFor orders of 50 pieces and above:
- Deadline within 5–7 days: +15% of the total amount
- Deadline within 3–4 days: +20% of the total amount
- Deadline within 1-2 days: +25% of the total amountPlease note: I may not be able to accommodate all rush orders. I can only accept them if there are available slots and the quantity does not exceed 200 pieces (excluding hand banners).
